Your experience as a Client will start... with the Medic Message Team. 

For every client:  During the initial intake; a comprehensive visual, postural and palpatory assessment is made.  Current health status information is gathered and a treatment plan is proposed.  In order to prevent future injury, our proactive approach to treatment includes; postural realignment, body awareness, flexibility and strength.

For clients referred by a physician or insurance administrator: Treatment is based on the attending physicians prescription (please see our 'Medical Services' page)

At any level of service, we like to be sure we are giving the best care possible to each person who comes to see us by doing as complete an evaluation as our scope of practice allows.  We strive to ensure that your well-being and health, through specialized techniques, enhance your quality of life. 

Hydraulic Lift Table Request

Hydraulic Lift Table is used in cases where getting on the table is perhaps difficult. Its' lowering to 18 inches allows ease of entry.  This table assists our Clients: Geriatrics; Pregnancy; Infant Massage; Wheelchair Living; Intense Pain; Surgeries; Casts; etc...

Therapists base treatment primarily using myofasical trigger point along with the neuromuscular system: the central, peripheral, and autonomic nervous systems, the neuromuscular junction, and muscle. A treatment approach is made in which the therapist uses movement based on synergy patterns of the limbs and trunk for recovery in traumatized areas.  Work is done to adjust proprioceptive activity and levels of resting tension through stretches and muscle contraction with resistance. A comprehensive assessment of the client is conducted and future planning considered. In-depth tracking of sessions and progress is prepared for medical use. Referral from medical professionals is needed for this level of care.

Note:

*Prices shown are at a Public discount rate if:  Payment is made at time of service; No medical billing to insurance is done; and No Medical Narratives are created. Sessions are based on a 50 minute billable clinic hour.

*Prescribed Doctor rate is $40-$55/clinical unit depending on the modality used. Evaluations are based at customary insurance rates.  Please see 'Medical Services' page for additional information.
